Admission Procedure
We welcome you to visit the school campus along with your child, so you can see the Environment & Facilities the school will be providing for the development of your child.
Being a prestigious institution, we take in students who will contribute and foster the principles of ethics. We make sure that students admitted to KVM Public School possess certain qualities, it is the first place where he/she begins communicating with other people and as responsible educators it is our duty to provide a conducive atmosphere.
Filled in form should be submitted in the office along with:
- Latest color passport size photograph of the student.
- Photograph of the parent with the child (5cm x 3.5cm).
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested).
- Photocopy of Medical Certificate.
- Photocopy of the result of the previous and current class (attested).
- In case the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, it should be clearly indicated.
Note:
- Incomplete or illegible registration forms, without photos will not be accepted.
- Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents.
- TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
- Outstation children must get their TC countersigned by DEO (District Educational Officer).
- Students, seeking admission to the school are registered only after the completed registration form is submitted to the school. Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit students who are found fit for admission. In all matters related to admission the management's decision will be final.
- People who have attended another school cannot be admitted until a transfer certificate from the earlier school is produced.
- No refund of fee for withdrawal during the term.
- Parents must not enter the classroom to see their wards or teacher during the class hours. They can only meet the teachers on parent teacher meetings or after the departure of the students
- Parents are required to co-operate with the school in helping their children, they should check the bags of the children for any circular, notice and invitation that may have been issued
- Children when sick should not be sent to school, for any specific medical problem the parent must inform the school authority prior to the session.
- Parent's attention is drawn to the fact that any criticism of a teacher in the presence of the child causes the child to lose respect for the teacher and retards progress so it should be avoided at all cost.
- Any communication by the parents should be addressed to the principal.
- Fighting, use of abusive language or anti-social behavior is strictly prohibited in the school premises. It would be strictly dealt with and could lead to rustication.
